Scan, Print, Go: Getting Started at the Congress

All registered participants will receive access to the congress venue by scanning a personal QR code upon arrival.

To make your experience as smooth and sustainable as possible, ESPN 2025 uses a paperless, self-service badge system.

How it works:

  • One week before the event, you’ll receive an email with your personal QR code.
  • Keep this QR code easily accessible on your mobile device. There’s no need to print it.
  • Upon arrival at the MECC Congress Centre (Level 1), head to the registration area.
  • Use one of the self-service kiosks to scan your QR code and instantly print your personalised congress badge.

✅ Tip: Make sure to have your QR code email ready when you arrive to avoid delays.
🎉 Note: Access to social events is limited to those who registered in advance.
